The TWMN has a central committee and committees in the member countries. The strength of the TWMN is based on the country committees, which operate independently in line with the policies and objectives of the organization.
The responsibility of the central committee is to coordinate and facilitate holding of different programmes by the country committees through giving ideas and any other support required by them. The central committee also monitors the activities of the country committees and advises them on planning programmes matching its objectives.
The central committee also undertakes its own programmes involving the member countries and maintains the central web site of the organization.
